MGuadagno Associates are state-licensed, insured, and bonded professional investigators for hire. Some of our services include generally assisting investigations when government law enforcement has been unsuccessful and collecting evidence for cases of the wrongfully accused.

We have no jurisdictional boundaries within the state in which we are professionally licensed, and we have working professional relationships within other states. We personally follow each investigation to the end results, no matter what area it leads us to.  We are free from departmental politics and we do what is right by law. We are not law enforcement officers working for government, and we don’t want to be. The majority of our staff are former law enforcement officers of a distinguished nature, those who graduate with honors, have a distinguished career, and want something better. Our private investigators investigate intellectual property theft for clients, such as performing SWEEP investigations of Technical Surveillance Counter Measures [TSCM] for acts of piracy, help clients stop illegal activity against them, and provide intelligence for prosecution or defense in criminal and civil action cases.

Our legal private investigators assist in preparing criminal defenses, locating witnesses, serving legal documents, interviewing police and prospective witnesses, and gathering and reviewing evidence. Our legal investigators also may collect information on the parties to the litigation, take photographs, testify in court, and gather evidence for trials.
